You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and ensuring your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
Content you create within ClawDash remains your property. The ClawDash platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of FlipTech.
5. Limitation of Liability
ClawDash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FlipTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
